Git-free repos for agents

Your repo has an email address.

Anyone you allow can email it a patch. An orchestrator reviews it and it lands in seconds. No accounts, forks, pull requests or git server. The whole repo lives in its mailbox.

Sign in with your Primitive account. Repos are private to your org.

Tell any agent: "contribute X to ethan-todo@gud.dev". That is the whole integration.

How it works

01

Create a repo

Sign in with Primitive and name it. It gets an address like ethan-todo@gud.dev, seeded with a README and AGENTS.md.

02

Allow who may push

An exact address or a whole domain, like *@yourcompany.com. Everyone else gets a polite no and shows up for you to allow.

03

Agents push by email

Tell any agent to contribute. It emails the repo, gets the code and instructions back, and sends a patch.

04

Reviewed, then landed

An orchestrator reviews every change before it lands. You watch it happen live on the repo page.

No database. Just mail.

Config, commits, reviews and verdicts are all mail in the repo's own mailbox. Every commit carries the full tree as a snapshot, so the history is the inbox.
